Twenty Four News (24 News) is an Indian free-to-air Malayalam news channel owned by Insight Media City, based in Kochi, Kerala. It began as a pilot in 2016 and officially launched on December 8, 2018. The channel has international reach and streams online on YouTube worldwide and on JioTV in India. It operates from Kochi with studios in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, and is Insight Media City’s second channel after Flowers TV.
The channel is promoted by well-known Malayalam TV anchor Sreekandan Nair and is chaired by Alungal Muhammed. Gokulam Gopalan is the chairman of Flowers TV, its sister channel. Twenty Four News broadcasts news and current affairs, along with sports, movies, lifestyle, and live event coverage.
Twenty Four News has won awards such as the Kerala State Television Award for Best News Channel in 2020.
