The 2024 PDC Pro Tour was a series of non-televised darts events run by the Professional Darts Corporation. It includes two main types of events: Players Championship events and European Tour events, plus the Challenge and Development Tours and the Women’s Series.

There were 30 Players Championship events and 13 European Tour events, along with 24 Challenge and Development Tour events and a Women’s Series. Dave Chisnall led the 2024 Pro Tour Order of Merit, with Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Stephen Bunting, and Ryan Searle making up the top five.

To compete in these events, players needed a Tour Card. A total of 128 players were granted Tour Cards, allowing entry to all Players Championships events, the UK Open, and qualifiers for all European Tour and some televised events. The rest of the field came from the two Q-School events (UK and European), with 23 additional players earning Tour Cards through the final Q-School Order of Merit to reach 128.

Q-School was split into UK Q-School (Milton Keynes) and European Q-School (Kalkar, Germany). Each had two stages, and an Order of Merit was created. The top finishers earned Tour Cards.

The 2024 season also included the Players Championship Finals, which featured the top 64 players from the 30 Players Championship events based on prize money won.

The Challenge Tour and Development Tour ran over multiple weekends. The top players on these tours earned Tour Cards and spots at major events, including the World Championship and the Grand Slam. The Development Tour also fed into the World Youth Championship, and the top eight Development Tour players who didn’t earn a Tour Card could still reach the World Masters and the UK Open in 2025.

The 2024 World Youth Championship had preliminary rounds in October and a final in November. Gian van Veen won the title, with Jurjen van der Velde as runner-up; several big-name players chose not to enter.

The 24-event Women’s Series offered paths to the 2025 World Championship and the 2024 Grand Slam, and fed into other events like the World Matchplay and World Masters through rankings.

PDC Europe launched a new PDC Europe Next Gen series in 2024, with 18 events and its own ranking used to qualify for the Europe Super League and the 2025 World Championship.

There were also regional tours around the world, including in Asia, Japan, China, the Nordic and Baltic region, and Australia. Winners on these tours could qualify for future world events such as the World Championship and World Masters.

Other qualifiers and cups included events like the DPA Oceanic Masters, DPNZ Tour, and CDC Tour. A note from the North American Championship mentioned that winner Matt Campbell could not qualify for the World Championship or Grand Slam through that win due to rules, but later qualified through other routes.

Overall, 2024 saw a wide network of events worldwide, giving players multiple paths to major TV events and world championships.
