2023–24 Old Dominion Monarchs women's basketball team
The 2023–24 Old Dominion Monarchs women's basketball team represented Old Dominion University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I season. Led by fourth-year head coach DeLisha Milton-Jones, the Monarchs played their home games at Chart Way Arena in Norfolk, Virginia as second-year members of the Sun Belt Conference. They finished fourth in the conference with a 22–10 overall record and 12–6 in Sun Belt play. In the Sun Belt tournament, they lost to Marshall in the semifinals. They received an invitation to the WNIT, where they were eliminated in the second round by North Carolina A&T. In the 2022–23 season, they finished fifth in the conference and lost to rival James Madison in the conference tournament semifinals. Roster last updated November 6, 2023.
