2023 Women's Junior Pan American Championship
The 13th edition of the Women's Pan American Junior Championship (biennial under-21 field hockey) took place 10–18 April 2023 in Bridgetown, Barbados, at the Wildey Hockey Centre. Seven teams from one confederation competed.
This tournament also served as the qualifier for the 2023 Junior World Cup in Santiago, Chile, with the three top teams joining hosts Chile to qualify.
The United States won their second title, beating Argentina 4–1 in a shoot-out after a 1–1 draw. Chile won bronze by defeating the defending champions Canada 5–1. Across 15 matches, 113 goals were scored (7.53 per match).
Top scorers: Victoria Arrieta and Carolina Curcio (7 goals each).
Best player: Abigail Tamer.
Best goalkeeper: Kayla Desormeau.
