2019 Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council election
The 2019 Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council election was held on 2 May 2019 to elect all 36 members of Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council in England. The election took place on the same day as other local elections. The Labour Party, led by Ann Thomson, won 24 seats, while the Conservative Party, led by Hazel Edwards, won 12 seats. Labour kept control of the council, but their overall majority decreased to 12 seats.
