The 2015–16 Danish Cup was the 62nd season of Denmark’s national cup competition. The winner earned a place in the second qualifying round of the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League.
How the tournament worked
- First round: 94 teams competed in August 2015.
- Second round: 56 teams entered in August/September 2015.
- Third round: 32 teams in September 2015.
- Fourth round: 16 teams in October 2015.
- Quarterfinals: 8 teams in March–April 2016.
- Final: Played on 5 May 2016 at Telia Parken in Copenhagen.

European qualification
