2008–09 Ergotelis F.C. season
Ergotelis F.C. competed in the 2008–09 season with Apostolos Papoutsakis as chairman and Nikos Karageorgiou as manager. They played at the Pankritio Stadium in Heraklion. In the Super League Greece, Ergotelis finished 9th, and in the Greek Cup they reached the Fourth Round. The club’s top scorer was Patrick Ogunsoto with 8 goals, all in the league. This season was Ergotelis’ 79th year of existence, their fourth in the Super League, and their third straight season since promotion from the Football League. Transfer activity saw no spending and about €600,000 earned from sales.
