The 2002 CFU Club Championship was a Caribbean tournament to decide which clubs would qualify for the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. Arnett Gardens of Jamaica and W Connection of Trinidad and Tobago won their groups and earned spots in the 2003 CONCACAF Champions' Cup. Club Franciscain withdrew from the competition because they were playing in the Coupe de France. CONCACAF fined the club $11,000 and suspended it from international competition for one year.
