1999 Davis Cup Americas Zone Group I

The Americas Zone of the 1999 Davis Cup had four groups. Teams played to move up to higher groups. The Group I winners advanced to the World Group qualifying round, along with the World Group first-round losers. Teams that lost in Group I went to relegation play-offs; winners stayed in Group I, while losers were moved down to Americas Zone Group II in 2000.
