The 1981 European Cup Winners' Cup Final was played on 13 May 1981 between Dinamo Tbilisi of the Soviet Union and Carl Zeiss Jena of East Germany. It was the final of the 1980–81 European Cup Winners' Cup, held at the Rheinstadion in Düsseldorf, West Germany. Dinamo Tbilisi won 2–1 with goals from Vladimir Gutsaev and Vitaly Daraselia. Attendance was about 4,750, though some sources list 9,000. The match referee was Riccardo Lattanzi of Italy, with assistant referees Luigi Agnolin and Paolo Bergamo, also from Italy.
