The 1899 Harvard Crimson football team represented Harvard University as an independent during the 1899 college football season. In head coach Benjamin Dibblee’s first season, the Crimson went 10–0–1, shut out 10 of 11 opponents, and outscored all opponents 210 to 10. They played their home games at Soldiers Field.

There was no official system to crown a national champion in 1899. Harvard is recognized as the national champion by the Helms Athletic Foundation, the Houlgate System, and the National Championship Foundation. Princeton finished 12–1 and is named champion by other selectors.

Two Harvard players were consensus first-team All-Americans: quarterback Charles Dudley Daly and end Dave Campbell. Other notable players included halfback George A. Sawin, end John Hallowell, center Francis Lowell Burnett, guard William A. M. Burden Sr., and tackle Malcolm Donald.
