Ōya-Kaigan Station was a JR East railway station in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. It was on the Kesennuma Line, 58.3 kilometers from Maeyachi. The station had one side platform serving a single bi-directional track and was unattended.

It opened on 11 February 1957 as Ōya Station. It became part of JR East on 1 April 1987 after the privatization of JNR. The name was changed to Ōya-Kaigan on 22 March 1997.

The 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami severely damaged the station and nearby tracks. Train service was replaced by a provisional bus rapid transit line, and the station building was demolished. The area is now served by the BRT line.
