Zeke Mowatt

Zeke Mowatt (born March 5, 1961) is a former American football tight end who played in the NFL for the New York Giants and the New England Patriots. He played college football at Florida State, where he had 40 receptions for 378 yards and 3 touchdowns over four seasons. Undrafted in 1983, Mowatt joined the Giants, playing with them from 1983–1989, then spent 1990 with the Patriots, and returned to the Giants in 1991. He was part of the Giants team that won Super Bowl XXI and caught a touchdown pass from Phil Simms in the game. His career NFL stats include 135 receptions for 1,765 yards and 12 touchdowns.

In 1990, Lisa Olson of the Boston Herald alleged she was sexually harassed by several Patriots players, including Mowatt, in a locker-room incident. The NFL fined Mowatt $12,500 for his alleged involvement.

After football, Mowatt founded Mowatt Inc, a janitorial service based in Hackensack, New Jersey, with offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Born in Wauchula, Florida, Mowatt stood 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 238 pounds. He attended Wauchula High School (Hardee) before playing at Florida State.
