Yoshiki Hayashi, known simply as Yoshiki, is a Japanese musician, songwriter, producer, film director, and fashion designer born on November 20, 1965. He leads the rock bands X Japan and The Last Rockstars, where he plays drums and piano and writes many songs. He is famous for helping create the visual kei movement, a style that blends big visuals with rock music.

- Yoshiki formed the early bands Dynamite, then Noise, before founding X Japan. He started Extasy Records in 1986 to release the band’s music.
