Xenocalonectria
Xenocalonectria is a genus of fungi in the Nectriaceae family. It belongs to the Ascomycota division, the Sordariomycetes class, and the Hypocreales order. This genus has only one species, Xenocalonectria serpens. The species Xenocalonectria serpens was described by Decock, Hennebert and Crous, and the genus name Xenocalonectria was established by Crous and C. L. Schoch in 2000.
