Wisconsin State Highway 32 (WIS 32) is a long north–south road in eastern Wisconsin. It starts at the Illinois border near Pleasant Prairie (continuing from Illinois Route 137) and runs to the Michigan border, ending as it joins US 45. The highway is about 326 miles long and passes through many counties and communities.

WIS 32 is officially named the 32nd Division Memorial Highway, and its signs feature two red arrows on either side of the number 32.

Along its route, it connects with many major highways and passes through key towns, including Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee, then continues north through Port Washington, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Green Bay before turning northwest and running with US 45 toward the Michigan line.

History in brief: WIS 32 was created in 1919 and has undergone several changes since. In 1951 it was designated the 32nd Division Memorial Highway and extended north to Michigan and south toward Illinois, absorbing parts of other routes. In the 1980s, some sections were realigned so parts of the road could be transferred to local control.
