William James and Edna Cordner House
The William James and Edna Cordner House is a historic home at 440 S. State St., Orem, Utah. Built around 1898 by fruit grower William Cordner, it features Late Victorian design and sits on about 1.1 acres. The house has also been known as Planted Earth. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 11, 1998 (NRHP reference number 98000647) as part of the Orem, Utah Multiple Property Submission.
