Willema formosa, the beautiful sylph, is a butterfly in the family Hesperiidae. It is found on forest edges in parts of Africa, including Malawi, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda. It was first described by Butler in 1894. Synonyms include Heteropterus formosus and Metisella formosus.
