Wang Wenyin (born March 2, 1968) is a Chinese billionaire and the founder and chairman of Amer International Group, a private industrial company in Shenzhen. The group focuses on non-ferrous metals, copper products, and cables.

Wang was born in Anhui Province and graduated from Nanjing University in 1993. He started his career working in a warehouse as a manager, then launched a power-cord business that grew into Amer International Group. Under his leadership, the company expanded from a small factory into one of China's largest private enterprises by revenue and a Fortune Global 500 company, with annual sales around $90–$100 billion in the early 2020s.

He has expanded Amer’s mines and factories and pursued global metal trading and mining assets, including plans announced in 2014 to set up a company in Singapore. In 2015, Forbes listed him with a net worth of about $15 billion, making him the 8th richest person in China and 125th in the world. He lives in Shenzhen.
