WPPN is a Chicago-area radio station at 106.7 FM, licensed to Des Plaines, Illinois. It broadcasts a Spanish adult contemporary format under the Amor 106.7 brand and is owned by TelevisaUnivision through its Uforia Audio Network. The studios are at 625 North Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago, and the transmitter is in Arlington Heights. With 50,000 watts of power and an HD Radio signal, WPPN can be heard across much of northern Illinois and parts of southeastern Wisconsin, including the Rockford area. The station also streams on 106.9 FM via translator W295CG in Lake Bluff.

WPPN began life on December 3, 1971 as WYEN with an all‑request “Request Radio” format. It has changed calls and formats several times over the years, including WZRC (hard rock), WTWV (new‑age/smooth jazz), and WYLL (Christian contemporary and talk). In 2001 the station briefly used the WYLL‑FM calls and aired as “106.7 The Fish.” In 2004, Univision bought the station and on November 1 switched to a Spanish-language adult contemporary format as “Pasion 106.7.” After a 2009 stint as “La Kalle,” the station returned to Spanish AC in 2011 as “Pasion 106.7,” and was rebranded as “Amor 106.7” in March 2014, which is its current format.
