Vintage Future is the ninth studio album by The Intelligence, released on September 25, 2015. It was recorded at The Dock in Sacramento, California, and released by In the Red Records. The music blends post-punk and garage rock and was produced by Lars Finberg and Chris Woodhouse. Guests include Brigid Dawson and Petey Dammit from Thee Oh Sees.

All tracks were written by Lars Aldric Finberg. The album follows Everybody’s Got It Easy But Me (2012) in the band’s discography.

Critics praised the record: AllMusic’s Heather Phares called it one of The Intelligence’s most focused and satisfying albums in a while, noting its diversity. The A.V. Club’s David Anthony described Vintage Future as a modern update of classic sounds, with influences ranging from Devo to The Stooges and echoes of Denton, Texas garage-punk.
