Tower of Toga, or Tower of Pietrabugno (Corsican: Torra di Toga), was a Genoese watchtower on Corsica’s east coast in Ville-di-Pietrabugno, near Bastia. Built in the second half of the 16th century, it stood about 1.5 km north of Bastia’s center. It was part of Genoa’s coastal defenses built between 1530 and 1620 to protect against Barbary pirates. The ruins were demolished in the 20th century.
