Mohamed Bouchouari
Mohamed Bouchouari (born 15 November 2000) is a Belgian footballer who plays as a right-back for Wydad AC in Morocco. He was born in Dinant, Belgium, and is of Moroccan heritage. Bouchouari trained with Beerschot, Zulte Waregem, PSV and Anderlecht as a youth. He started his senior career with Dudelange in Luxembourg, where he appeared in the Europa League. He then joined Anderlecht, mostly playing for the club’s reserve team, RSCA Futures. In 2022 he went on loan to Emmen in the Netherlands, where he scored his first Eredivisie goal in a 3-3 draw with Ajax and earned Man of the Match honors several times. In 2024 he signed for Rodez in France, and in August 2025 he moved to Wydad AC. Internationally, he has represented Belgium at the U18 and U19 levels. He began as a winger, later becoming a wing-back and now mainly a right-back.
