Top Bahadur Rayamajhi (born 10 November 1961) is a Nepali politician from Arghakhanchi District. He began his political career in 1974 and has held several government and party roles.

- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation from 25 December 2020 to 20 May 2021 in Prime Minister KP Oli’s government.
- Member of Parliament in the House of Representatives for Arghakhanchi-1 since 2018.
- Member of the 1st Nepalese Constituent Assembly (2008–2012) for Arghakhanchi-1.
- Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) from 30 November 2021 to 10 May 2023.
- Standing committee member of the CPN (UML).

- He was with CPN (Maoist Centre) from 1994 to 2021 and later aligned with CPN (UML).

Controversies
- In May 2023, an arrest warrant was issued in connection with an alleged fake Bhutanese refugees racket.
- He was suspended from his UML secretary post on 10 May 2023.
- He was missing for 11 days and was arrested on 14 May 2023 in Kathmandu. The court ordered three days of custody for investigation.
