Thomas "Tommy" Sloan (born 24 August 1964) is a Scottish former footballer who played as a striker and is the manager of Auchinleck Talbot. Born in Irvine, he began at Annbank United and had a trial with Stranraer before playing for Ayr United. He later returned to Junior football with Annbank, then moved up to Queen of the South and Kilmarnock. In 1991 he joined Stranraer permanently, making 211 league appearances and scoring 59 goals over six years. He helped Stranraer win the Scottish League Division Two title in 1993–94 and the 1996–97 Scottish Challenge Cup, their first league promotion and first national cup.

After leaving Stranraer, Sloan played for Kilwinning Rangers, winning the Scottish Junior Cup in 1999, and then Ardrossan Winton Rovers, where he played with his son Tommy Jr. He later joined Auchinleck Talbot in 2003 as player-coach and became manager the same year. Under his leadership, Talbot have won the Scottish Junior Cup seven times and five Super League titles, achieving a league-and-cup double in 2006 and again in 2015. He is known by the nickname "Tucker."
