The Power of Two
The Power of Two is a 2009 studio album by American vocalists Michael Feinstein and Cheyenne Jackson, arranged by John Oddo. It was released on November 3, 2009, and recorded that year. The traditional pop collection runs 57 minutes and 14 seconds and was issued by Harbinger Records; Feinstein and Jackson produced the project.
In Feinstein’s discography, The Power of Two comes after The Sinatra Project (2008) and before Fly Me to the Moon (2011). For Jackson, it marks a notable 2009 collaboration with Feinstein.
AllMusic gave the album 3 stars, praising the strong rapport between the two singers. Jackson’s distinctive voice and natural performing style help Feinstein loosen up and perform more freely, and the review suggests Jackson’s contribution is one of the best things to happen musically for Feinstein.
