The Millennium Dance Complex
Millennium Dance Complex is a Los Angeles-based dance studio founded in 1992 by AnnMarie Hudson and Robert Baker. It was located in the NOHO Arts District of LA until 2016, when it moved to Studio City. The studio is billed as one of the top dance schools in the United States and serves students in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia. It offers daily drop-in classes in jazz, hip-hop, tap, and contemporary dance and is famous for its many dance videos on YouTube.
Hudson and Baker met in 1988 in a Broadway jazz-funk class in New York City. The studio began as Moro Landis Studios in a historic building. Over the years, Millennium has hosted classes and rehearsals for many big-name celebrities, including Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Kenny Ortega, P. Diddy, Beyoncé, Samuel, Monsta X, NCT 127, Ateez, and Boy Story.
Its teaching team includes top choreographers such as Marty Kudelka, David Moore, Matt Steffanina, Tricia Miranda, Brian Friedman, and Kyle Hanagami.
