The Compilation is a compilation album by UTP, released on October 8, 2002, through Orpheus Records. It was recorded in 2002 after Juvenile left Cash Money Records earlier that year to form UTP. The group’s members on the album are Juvenile, Wacko, Skip, Corey Cee, Soulja Slim, and Young Buck, though Corey Cee left the group soon after the release. Most songs feature the whole group, but some are performed by a single member. Juvenile produced the entire album. AllMusic’s Gregory McIntosh gave it 2.5 out of 5 stars, noting that the beats are mostly ordinary but the group delivers some catchy hooks, such as the anthem “Less Than a Playa.” The album wasn’t heavily promoted but found local success and reached No. 60 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. It followed The Compilation (2002) and preceded The Beginning of the End (2004).
