Technology Incubation Programme
Technology Incubation Programme (TIP) is a government-funded initiative in Hong Kong run by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). It provides start-ups with funding and subsidies to access research and development facilities. TIP has three tracks: Incu-App for internet and mobile app developers, Incu-Tech for technology startups, and Incu-Bio for biotechnology entrepreneurs. The programme aims to support R&D and the use of new technologies in Hong Kong’s manufacturing and service sectors, help develop and transfer new technologies, and establish and manage the facilities where these activities take place.
