Synaphe moldavica
Synaphe moldavica is a moth from the Pyralidae family. It was first described by Esper in 1794. The moth is found across parts of Europe and western Asia, including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, and Iran. Its wingspan is about 28–30 mm. The caterpillars feed on grasses (plants in the grass family).
