Susannah Blaxill
Susannah Blaxill (born 1954) is an Australian botanical artist from Armidale, New South Wales. She works mainly with watercolour, pencil and charcoal. She lived in England for about 17 years and became a member of the Society of Botanical Artists. Her art is internationally recognised and part of the Shirley Sherwood Collection. Her best-known work is a beetroot that has appeared in many media around the world. Website: blaxill.com.
