State Pariyatti Sasana University, Mandalay (SPSUM) is a public Buddhist university in Mandalay, Myanmar. It opened on 21 August 1986. Its motto is sabbadānaṃ dhammadānaṃ jināti. The university serves monks and nuns (the sangha) and teaches Buddhist texts and languages, including the Pitaka, Pali, Burmese language and Burmese literature, and missionary work. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture. The Chancellor is Bhaddanta Kesarājā. Address: 62 Street, Mandalay, Mandalay Region. Website: www.spsumdy.org.

SPSUM offers three degree levels: Bachelor of Arts (Sāsanatakkasīla Dhammācariya), Master of Arts (Sāsanatakkasīla Mahādhammācariya), and Ph.D. (Sāsanatakkasīla Dhammapāragū), all Burmese Buddhist titles. In 2018, 51 titles were conferred to Buddhist monks.
