Athletics at the 2023 Pan American Games – Women's 400 metres hurdles
The women's 400 metres hurdles at the 2023 Pan American Games took place on November 1–3 at the Julio Martínez National Stadium in Santiago, Chile. Ten athletes from eight countries competed. The winning time was 56.44 seconds.
