Staccato Powell (born 1959) is an American clergyman in the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church (AME Zion). He served as a bishop for the West Coast, in the Western Episcopal District. He is from Wake Forest, North Carolina.

In 2016, after Powell became bishop, he and Sheila Quintana, a former Vallejo High School principal, started Western Episcopal District, Inc. The indictment alleged that Powell and Quintana conspired to defraud AME Zion Church congregations of about $14 million in California by illegally re-deeding church properties in Palo Alto, Oakland, San Jose, and Los Angeles.

Powell was charged with conspiracy and wire fraud on January 25, 2022. In April 2025, Quintana pleaded guilty, and Powell’s case was still pending.
