Sphaerolichus is a genus of mites in the family Sphaerolichidae. It is part of the animal kingdom and the arthropod phylum, in the class Arachnida. More specifically, it sits in the subclass Acari (mites and ticks), the superorder Acariformes, the order Trombidiformes, and the suborder Sphaerolichida.

The genus Sphaerolichus was described by Berlese in 1904. It includes the following species:
