Communauté de communes en Terres Vives was a group of 11 municipalities in the Cher department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was created on 15 June 1994, with its seat in Vasselay. It covered 245.02 square kilometers and had about 12,518 residents in 1999, a density of around 51 inhabitants per square kilometer. In January 2017, it merged into the new Communauté de communes Terres du Haut Berry.
