Sophie Charlotte of Württemberg (22 February 1671 – 11 September 1717) was a German noblewoman who became Duchess of Saxe-Eisenach through marriage. She was born in Stuttgart as the ninth of eleven children of Eberhard III, Duke of Württemberg, and his second wife, Marie Dorothea Sophie of Oettingen-Oettingen. On 20 September 1688 in Kirchheim unter Teck, she married John George II, Duke of Saxe-Eisenach. They had no children. John George II died of smallpox on 10 November 1698, and Sophie Charlotte did not remarry. She died in Allstedt at age 46 and was buried in the Georgenkirche in Eisenach.
