Simon Robert Francis Wood (born 14 October 1976) is an Australian Liberal politician. He served as a member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly for Bass from 26 April 2022 to 19 July 2025, entering parliament after a recount when Premier Peter Gutwein resigned. He was defeated in the 2025 Tasmanian state election and was succeeded by George Razay.

Wood also served as Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing from 11 April 2024 to 19 July 2025 under Premier Jacquie Petrusma. Before his time in state parliament, he was a member of Launceston City Council from 2014 to 2018 and worked as a staffer for Senator Wendy Askew at the time of his election. He was born in Launceston, Tasmania.
