Sigtið
Sigtið is an Icelandic comedy TV show told in a mockumentary style. It follows the self-centered TV host Frímann Gunnarsson, who completely fails to run the show, despite believing it is the greatest Icelandic program ever made. His idols are the world-renowned Joseph Blunden and Margaret Thatcher. Gunnar Hansson plays the lead role of Frímann Gunnarsson, with Friðrik Friðriksson and Halldór Gylfason playing almost all of the other parts. The show’s two seasons aired in 2006 on the Icelandic TV channel Skjár einn. This article is a stub and could be expanded.
