Shalgyakh

Shalgyakh (also spelled Shal’gyakh or Shal’gakh) is a small village in the Khizi District of Azerbaijan. It sits at about 40.7458° N, 49.3592° E. The area uses Azerbaijan Time (UTC+4) and daylight saving time (UTC+5) in summer.
