2003 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix – Doubles: Champions were Lisa Raymond and Rennae Stubbs, who defeated Cara Black and Martina Navratilova 6–2, 6–4 in the final. The defending champions were Lindsay Davenport and Lisa Raymond, but Davenport did not compete this year to focus on singles. Raymond teamed with Stubbs to win the title.
