Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is a hotel and casino in D'Iberville, Mississippi. It has 300 rooms and about 68,000 square feet of gaming space, including a high-limit area that opened in late 2020. The resort also features a 36-hole miniature golf course, a buffet, several restaurants, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

The project began as the Can Can Casino Resort and Spa. It received site approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission in February 2010, but development slowed during the Great Recession. Revised plans for Scarlet Pearl were approved in December 2013. Groundbreaking took place in July 2014, and the property opened on December 9, 2015, at a cost of $290 million.

In October 2019, Scarlet Pearl's sportsbook hosted what was described as one of the largest bets in sports-betting history when Jim "Mattress Mack" Mcingvale placed $3.5 million on the Houston Astros to win the World Series, part of a total of $6.2 million he wagered at the venue that month.
