Sayla District is one of eleven districts in La Unión Province, Arequipa Region, Peru. The capital is Sayla. The mayor is Felix Santos Davalos. The district covers 66.55 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 3,534 meters. As of the 2005 census, 502 people lived there, with a population density of about 7.54 per square kilometer. The time zone is UTC-5 (PET). The UBIGEO code is 040808.

Most residents are indigenous Quechua. Quechua is the first language for about 54.41% of people, while about 44.56% learned Spanish as their first language (2007 census). Coordinates: 15°19′09″S, 73°13′21″W.
