Highway 307 is a paved, two‑lane provincial road in Saskatchewan, Canada. It runs about 47 kilometres (29 miles) from Highway 7 near Flaxcombe to Highway 21 near Coleville.

The route starts a few kilometres east of Flaxcombe at Highway 7 in the Kindersley rural municipality. It heads north through open prairie, then enters Prairiedale No. 321, traveling along the western edge of Smiley where it meets Highway 772. Continuing through rural areas, it reaches Highway 675; at that junction, Highway 307 makes a sharp right turn and changes from north–south to east–west.

Entering Oakdale No. 320, it travels east along the south side of Coleville and ends at Highway 21, with the road continuing east as Township Road 320. The highway crosses a former railway line at both Smiley and Coleville.

Highway 307 traverses the rural municipalities of Kindersley No. 290, Prairiedale No. 321, and Oakdale No. 320. It is part of Saskatchewan’s provincial highway system, with nearby connections to Highway 306 to the west and Highway 308 to the east.
