Andrew Weaver (cyclist)
Andrew Weaver (born February 12, 1959) is a former American professional road cyclist from Columbus, Ohio. He won a bronze medal in the team time trial at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, with teammates Ron Kiefel, Clarence Knickman, and Davis Phinney. He also competed in the Pan American Games, earning gold in 1983 and helping the U.S. team in 1979. Weaver is a nine-time national cycling champion.
He studied architecture at the University of Florida (bachelor’s degree) and earned a master’s degree from MIT. In 1994, he started Weaver+Associates Architects. He is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Maine, working on resort/golf projects, private institutions, sports facilities, and multi-family housing.
