Sarben, Nebraska is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Keith County, United States. It sits in the valley of the North Platte River at about 3,005 feet above sea level. The 2020 population was 31 people. The area covers 0.16 square miles (0.41 square kilometers), all land.

Sarben began with the construction of the Union Pacific Railroad. Its name comes from "Aksarben," which is Nebraska spelled backward.
