Sandro Ramírez
Sandro Ramírez Castillo, known as Sandro, is a Spanish footballer who plays as a forward for Las Palmas in the Segunda División. He was born on July 9, 1995, in Las Palmas, Spain, and is 1.75 meters tall.
Sandro started his youth career with Barrio Atlántico and UD Las Palmas before joining Barcelona’s academy in 2009. He broke into Barcelona B in 2013 and made his first-team debut in 2014, even scoring in his La Liga debut and tallying a late Champions League goal that year.
In 2016 he moved to Málaga, where he scored 14 league goals in 30 games. His strong form led to a transfer to Everton in 2017. At Everton he played less and was loaned out three times: Sevilla, Real Sociedad, and Real Valladolid.
In 2020 he signed with Huesca and had a loan spell with Getafe in 2021–2022. The following season he was loaned to Las Palmas, helping them secure promotion. In 2023 he joined Las Palmas on a permanent deal, and he has continued to feature for the club.
Internationally, Sandro represented Spain at various youth levels and played for the Spain U21 team at the 2017 European Championship.
A notable fact about Sandro is that he has played for eight different La Liga clubs, a record he shared when he joined Las Palmas in La Liga.
