Sandra Naranjo Bautista, born in 1985 in Ambato, Ecuador, is an economist and politician. She studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, earned a diploma from the Latin American Social Sciences Institute, and holds a master's degree in public administration and international development from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Naranjo served as Ecuador’s Minister of Tourism from June 2014 to October 2015. She later became the national secretary of planning and development. In early 2017, she was interim Vice President of Ecuador from January 4 to February 20. She also briefly served as Minister of Tourism again in March 2017.
