Saber Ben Frej, born 3 July 1979 in Kerker, Mahdia, Tunisia, is a retired footballer who played as a defender. He is 1.86 meters tall. He spent 2003–2007 with Étoile du Sahel, making 33 league appearances and scoring 14 goals. He then joined Le Mans UC72 for 2008–2009, playing 16 league games. He later played for ES Hammam-Sousse in 2010–2011, with 11 appearances and 1 goal. Internationally, he represented Tunisia from 2004–2008, earning 12 caps and scoring 1 goal. In the first half of the 2007–08 season, he scored nine goals in 13 games for Étoile du Sahel. On 4 January 2010, his club released him, making him a free agent.
