Ryszard Kubiak (22 March 1950 – 6 February 2022) was a Polish rowing coxswain. He was born in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He competed in the 1972, 1976 and 1980 Summer Olympics. In 1972 his coxed eight finished sixth. In 1976 he coxed the Polish coxed pair to sixth place. In 1980 he coxed the Polish boat to a bronze medal in the coxed fours, and he also coxed the Polish eight to ninth place. He also competed at the World Rowing Championships in 1975 (Nottingham) and 1978 (Lake Karapiro) in the coxed pair. He died on 6 February 2022 at age 71.
